@FCCPS has expanded its practice in Restorative Practices through the @iirpgradschool ! We now have 13 staff members certified to facilitate restorative conferences. So proud of this team and so grateful for the opportunity to continue to train folks in this work.

One of my favorite community circle prompts 😂 The general consensus was 4 or 5.

We always learn that we ebb and flow between communication styles, but want to strive to being assertive when we can!

Students wrote how they feel when they use each of the four styles of communication in SEL flex. Many noted how one of the only quadrants with positive emotions linked to the style was assertive. This is our reminder to attempt to be direct, clear, and kind to others! @mehms
