@Hille_Huskies Kickoff Concert tomorrow night at 6 in the Hille gym! Free and open to all! After a water main break cancelled out original date, our @ForestRidge142 band and choir students are ready to put on a fun show! 🎵🎶🎵🎶

Understanding can be demonstrated in fun and surprising ways! @Hille_Huskies Percussion Ensemble students noticed a pattern in their music that was the opposite of one they already knew. Of course we had to give it our own name! @ForestRidge142

Credit goes to @AMFennell for the amazing presentation and resources she shared at the @MakeMusicInc Connect 2022. Truly inspiring and a refreshing take on SEL in the classroom. I know my Ss will soon hear 🎵 the benefits in their music and beyond!

Check out the #greatness happening in Band! These @Hille_Huskies volunteered to stay after school just to practice, and in between the blues scale and Star Wars theme song, some 8th graders coached a 7th grader on learning trombone for the first time! Way to go! @ForestRidge142
