Free time this morning, so began prepping dinner between sets of pull-ups and dips. - Baked some chicken thighs - Then, roughly chopped a bunch of random veg. Mixed them around in the rendered chicken fat (+ a bit of olive oil), seasoned, and placed them in the oven on the same tray I baked the chicken - after chicken cooked, removed meat, chopped (will eat in a wrap tonight) - added the chicken bones, water, onion to instant pot for a bone broth - once the broth is done, will combine with the roasted veg in a large pot, simmer a bit, then puree everything Solid meal. Kids love it. Uses everything.

I wonder what the story behind this kids clothes brand is..

I was teaching at an ESL boarding school 15 years ago. A lot of students wanted to choose their English name. One kid wanted Megatron. No matter what we tried to say, he was set on it. I often wonder what happened to him and if he still goes by Megatron.
