Twas the best thing I did for my PCOS. I saw over 8 doctors for it. I paid out of pocket for my medication - my Tirzepatide - it being around $400 every month. It adds up.
No doctor did a full panel on me. I had to ask. The one male doctor I had seen told me his daughter had it and to just walk everyday. While I was walking/running my 5 miles everyday.
I had to beg to be seen and heard throughout a lot of my health journey. I didn’t have cysts on my ovaries all the time but I had a lot of other symptoms.
I could starve myself for an entire day and a half and my weight wouldn’t change. I took multiple nutrition classes to actually learn, I ate an all whole food diet, did keto, etc.. nothing seemed to help except when I got my labs under control by taking a glp1.

Let’s get back to PCOS or PMOS treatment options A glp 1 is a medical treatment for pcos because it helps regulate insulin. People need to get comfortable with the weight loss aspect of that. I understand thinness culture and feeling like you’re giving in to that but you have to be realistic about what condition you have.

Collecting apologies like infinity rings bc now that I’m tiny everything else that was said about me is irrelevant 😭💀
I’m glad people notice. But I’d rather be fat any day then be the miserable bitches who slapped my dead fathers obituary onto a stream, paid for cameos of creators saying rude shit about me (they paid for it and the creators didn’t know me), brought up my health, etc..
You can’t be saying someone else is evil and go around doing that shit. 🤢🤮
