What's going on with customer service @JohnLewisRetail? Emailed to say I'd got 2 left slippers (belatedly cos didn't wear them immediately, it wasn't cold). Reply said out of stock but I could have a refund. Sent them back using Evri. Now told you WON'T refund

@MsEmmaChaplin There should be an announcement about this soon but it does look like you'll have to move to the front set of that service due to the lack of toilets onboard - Mike

@AvantiWestCoast No announcement about this has been made despite other announcements. What carriage do I need to get to to then get into front set, & is that definitely the case that there's a working toilet there? I have a seat reservation here. Should I leave stuff or take it,?

@MsEmmaChaplin We'll get this logged now so it will be looked into, apologies for this. It looks like you would need to get off at the next stop and head to the front set but the Train Manager may be announcing this too shortly - Mike
