Older students are still kids, even if they have bigger bodies. No adults are in our classrooms. We still need to give students grace, patience, and help them develop socially and emotionally.

You can be smiling and struggling, simultaneously. The holidays are not enjoyable for everyone. They can add extra stress and pressure as well. Make time for yourself. Rest. Ask for help. You’re not alone. #MentalHealthAwareness kidshelpphone.ca
