@stoppfeenin Today's Black slang IS queer. Black beauty trends come from the femme queens. Black fashion (other than street wear) is dictated by the gays. We're angry when whites don't give our culture credit, but we take from the gay community with no regard.

I know everyone thinks “clock that tea” is something new, but it’s been a term from the Black queer ballroom scene since the early 90s— or prior. They were even on Ricki Lake saying it. 😂

Dear my non-Caribbean friends. Here in Barbados, the main local music genre is Soca (Soul of Calypso). Something I'd never come across until I moved here.
