Final training session for IIRP training. This group of educators completed 28 hours of training over four days. I am inspired by their willingness to learn and grow in their skill sets.

Adult nervous systems impact our students! As we end this school year in the next weeks, it's critical we ask the questions guiding us into the fall, where the adult nervous system is prioritized! Is there a sense of felt safety in our staff? Settled adults have settled students.
