“I am satisfied that in important respects, he told deliberate lies," Lee says of Lehrmann. “I would not accept anything he said except where it... was corroborated by contemporaneous document or a witness, whose evidence I accept.”

"To remark that Mr Lehrmann is a poor witness is an understatement," says Lee. Though he goes on to say: "Brittany Higgins was also an unsatisfactory witness."

@daanysaeed Yeah, though WGEA says that a pay gap of plus or minus 5% is considered neutral - accounts for normal staffing fluctuations - so Guardian, AAP and Sky are all considered to have an acceptable/neutral pay gap.
