Yes, it was a rainy Slackwood Saturday but we had such a great walk making some new discoveries! A blue AND green heron, turtles, the bald eagle, and lots of chatty ducks. Great morning for a walk - even in the rain 🌧️ @lkapp95 @stacey49724471 @SlackwoodSchool

When you are inside due to inclement weather, you pivot and improvise as a teacher leader. Put binoculars in the hands of kids & have them look at pictures of birds from across the rm & explore in new ways. Creative teaching! @MsLiwacz @LTPS1 @SlackwoodSchool
