@adamdovico Grateful @LottieSpurlock made this a priority as principal. I learned the most from my peers and it truly was the best form of instant magic I could take directly back to my classroom.

Teachers, how often do you know what’s going on next door to you? We learn so much from observing each other. We’ve designed peer observations so all of my teachers can learn from each other. It’s produced great conversations and incredible returns.

I might not physically be in the classroom anymore, but each year I hang this ornament I think of the student who gave it to me 7 years ago. It brings back all the feels.. he taught me a lot about life and who I wanted to be as a teacher.
