Diorama fun! Can't wait to see their finished products. They are so creative with their designs and I love seeing their imagination go wild with these😍 Mess=FUN! (and then we clean up😂) @rossccisd

My students had a 'sweet' time making polygons with marshmallows and toothpicks! They worked all the way from a 3 sided shape (triangle) to a 10 sided shape (decagon) and totally rocked the challenge😎We even brought in fractions and partitioned the shapes as well🎯 @rossccisd

The most beautiful thing about writing poetry is that each of my students gets to create a work of art that not even I can critique. Why? Poetry is art and it is perfect the way they create it. Each stanza displaying their creativity within! 💙 @rossccisd

I fall in love even more with poetry each time I teach it 😍 Today, we worked on analyzing each stanza of a poem called "Hip-Hop Christmas" by Kenn Nesbitt. After we analyzed each stanza, we drew a quick sketch of what we visualized--which the kids loved!!🎅🏻 @rossccisd

We just got done with talking about ways to conserve natural resources and this group of girls decided to go out and clean the playground so we can "Protect our earth!" #BucketFilled @rossccisd
