Fun times preparing for Open House in 5th grade! It is important to stop in the middle of a math unit sometimes to allow 10 year olds to create art and dive into what’s happening in the world around them. Teachers create lifelong learners! @SamfordEd

I had the opportunity to attend @MsSelfExEd’s professional development (and she happens to be my cooperating teacher for my student teaching!). I learned so much about the science of reading & the simple view of reading, and Dyslexia. Mrs. Self’s knowledge is never ending!
