@DeputyGrocott When we talk staff wellbeing surely it should be something for the whole staff body to benefit from? Giving kitchen or office staff a wellbeing day off would put huge pressure and workload on others. Any ideas welcome!!

What are the absolute very best things your school has done to support wellbeing and workload for adults?

@DeputyGrocott We want to do more beyond having a supportive culture, days in lieu for residentials, free hot drinks, subject leadership time, PPA at home etc… all of these we have done for years but everything we come up only benefits the teaching staff.(2/3)
