#tch380chat My takeaway from today's chat is that social media has some good and some not-so-good aspects. However, we hold the power of choice and can use that to meet others and learn new things or choose to unplug when it gets to be too much!

#tch380chat A5. I think creating boundaries is super important in any facet of life. Whether that be with the time you're spending on social media or the people that you chose to follow and interact with. BOUNDARIES ARE KEY.

#tch380chat A4. I think Social Media has the potential of being draining. Navigating through the many opinions on what the "right" way to do things could be overwhelming as first-year teachers.

@MsTejada22 I'd suggest finding people within your field and that you find interesting! For example, I love watching fun/interesting math lessons or videos on YouTube, and following those people would be a great start!
