Since we raised it, they updated their design after a "layering issue" by their team causing the design to look AI. However, there are still some questions which we are currently chasing. We will post a full update once we know more

We heard your response in regards to the design on the SoTFest controller from @extremeconsoles and have been in discussions with the supplier to get this correct. We were informed it was not AI and accept it is something we should have looked at in finer detail before going live
