JUST IN : The GP High Court has declared Musa Khawula in willful contempt of a court order in the case involving EFF leader Julius Malema and his wife Mantoa Malema.
The order requires Khawula to issue a public apology and pay legal costs over defamatory allegations about the couple’s marriage.
He has been sentenced to 30 days’ direct imprisonment, suspended for 30 days on condition he complies with the order.

Pule Mabe Maintains Innocence in 27 Million Rand Fraud Case
Former ANC National Spokesperson Pule Mabe has maintained his innocence after his court appearance today, saying he and his legal team have consistently done so since his bail application.
He noted that the defence had not yet formally addressed the allegations in open court, but would allow the prosecution to present its case while advancing their own arguments through senior counsel and the rest of the legal team.
Mabe is facing fraud, theft and money laundering charges linked to an alleged irregular R27 million tender awarded to his company Enviro Mobi in 2017.
