@PKobrynELSpec Q3) A3) The first principle, knowing your learners. If you do not know your students first, you can not be an effective teacher. Knowing their strengths and weakness, as well as culture and backgrounds is pivotal in differentiating to students. #WorldClassELsBookStudy

@PKobrynELSpec Q2) A2) #WorldClassELsBookStudy I utilize the 1:1 technology my school offers. With this I am able to allow the students the ability to read it and hear it. Secondly, I use the dictate feature in word which allows them to dictate their writing.

@PKobrynELSpec A1) I have seen the advantageous of knowing multiple languages, when we are learning new vocabulary. Students are able to make deeper connections as the words share similarities between the languages. #WorldClassELsBookStudy
