One day during learning commons the students were all excitedly watching a chess match between two other students and on Free Fridays they are always excited to join Minecraft and play together

I opened up to them that when I’m stressed I sometimes get upset at the people around me and that I know it’s not okay and that I’m still working on it.

I told them to think if they were being treated the way they were treating others would they feel good or bad. This exercise focused on a reflection of their own behaviours
