The WI state track meet starts Friday. We had our final speed day at practice today. We recorded the fastest 10 m flys of the season today coming off of 4 days of rest. Friday can’t come soon enough!!!

PE outside and 70’s in February?? Can’t beat this!

Fun visit from the national guard today. Students got to participate in archery tag during PE!

Even if it was for a half a week with all the snow days, it was nice to get my classes back in the new gym!

Been out of a gym for the last 6 months. Have had to be super creative with units given limited spaces for PE. Today the construction on my school’s gym is finally complete. Can’t wait to be back in here teaching after winter break!

Little rain didn’t stop us this morning. First day of cross-country in the books. Excited for another fun season of coaching ahead!

Year 3 is officially in the books for me. So thankful to help this PE program grow over the last three years, and lots of memories made in this gym. Will miss it. Excited to announce I’ll be teaching at Bradford High School next fall, and to continue coaching xc/track again!

Very thankful to leave this piece behind at my school. This picture mural was our “hall of fame” where the winning teams from our unit tournaments got their picture hung up with a trophy. Lots of good memories made in this gym.

So happy we were able to take students out fishing again for PE this year! It was another huge hit, and thankful to teach them a lifetime physical activity they can take with them along with developing patience from this too.
