@MrsCooper2020 @JWEKaty Ch 8 A2: My team is so great about sharing our ideas! This definitely helps avoid comparison because we are all on the same page. If I do catch myself comparing, I just remind myself that I am doing my best and everyone has their own strengths!

@LeVrier_JWE I'm currently in creative zone. I love using the summer to come up with some new ideas to try with my kinder kids next year. During the school year I feel like I go between comfort and creative zones. #jwewildcard
