A3: I will grow as a team member by sharing ideas and listening to my team. We are all so stressed so I will also try to be as positive as possible to help build others up.
@MrsCooper2020@JWEKaty Ch 8 A2: My team is so great about sharing our ideas! This definitely helps avoid comparison because we are all on the same page. If I do catch myself comparing, I just remind myself that I am doing my best and everyone has their own strengths!
@MrsCooper2020@JWEKaty CH8 A1 Being authentic is so important! I love to include stories about my life and experiences. I make sure to include stories about times when I made mistakes/struggled. We often talk about how everyone has different interest and that no one is perfect. #jwewildcard
Goooood morning Wranglers! (and I'm hoping the voice that read that in your head sounded like the 5th graders on the announcements!😂) Chapter 8 question 1! #jwewildcard@JWEKaty
@MrsSchauer A2 I constantly change what I am offer for my students because something might be fun and get their attention one day and then the next they aren't interested. A few thing is use are silly voices, singing, dancing/hand motions, special supplies and role playing.#jwewildcard
Ch 5-6 Q2: Now that we know what zones we are in, it’s time to take a risk. What are some ways you can offer your students a different learning experience? #jwewildcard
@LeVrier_JWE I'm currently in creative zone. I love using the summer to come up with some new ideas to try with my kinder kids next year. During the school year I feel like I go between comfort and creative zones. #jwewildcard
@ShapiroJWE A2: I keep my why alive through communicating with students and parents. I love to see them light up after they receive praise. #jwewildcard
@glopezkatyisd My why is.. kids deserve to feel loved and successful. I love being their emotional and academic cheerleader and helping them love learning.
The short blurb for Ch. 4 is below. Our Q1 for this week is, "what is your why?" My why is simple, kids are a ball of clay that I get to help mold. #jwewildcard
@MrsZhangJWE@JWEKaty A3:This always happen when I teach something the first time. I write down notes of what I would change or what went wrong for the next year.
@megan_chriss@JWEKaty A1: Being a wild card means to be a positive and supportive influence for all of my students. I am a wild card because everyday I try my best to make learning fun and engaging in unexpected ways. #jwewildcard
