@ChrisDunnTV Yeah, but I guess it wasn’t that terrible and catastrophic if you’re healthy, rich, and tweeting about it.😄
It’s just my observation from afar from US, don’t take it personally. Wishing you all the best

@MskGladiator lol… well, I’ve lived through multiple hurricanes, protests/riots that shut down a city, multi-day power outages.
And once you realize how thin the fabric holding society together is, it becomes irresponsible to not prepare for the worst 🤷♂️

4 years ago, I left downtown Austin and have been working to become anti-fragile against economic collapse, natural disasters, or any black swan event that can cause chaos.
Here are my top categories I’m building for resilience in 2026:
- self-sustaining homestead (energy, food, water)
- stack hard money (bitcoin, precious metals)
- learn pro homeowner skills (handyman, land management, woodworking, 3d printing)
- physical & mental fitness (strength training, cardio, mindfulness)
- community (build local support network)
- build supply caches (food, ammo, medical, tools)
It’s never too early (or late) to start!

@carterthomas Hey man, hope you’re doing great.
Always puts a smile on my face when I see your rare posts. Went through all of ’17–’18 alongside you, and thanks to that I managed to preserve my capital. Big hug, bro.

@CreatorBid @anhdang2611 @FjordFoundry What kind of lawlessness are you causing?! It seems we need to report you to the SEC.
English

@anhdang2611 we will provide more info on that soon! But @FjordFoundry is working with us on this

CreatorBid – Fjord Sale Post Mortem
We, the CreatorBid Team, intended to undertake a public sale on Dec 9th on Fjord Foundry, a well-known launchpad.
Unfortunately, the sale process was disrupted by criminal actors. In this post we discuss what we understand currently to have occurred, the current state of our investigations, and the next steps we are taking.
Fjord Foundry
CreatorBid decided to conduct its sale on the @FjordFoundry platform because:
- It is a well-established industry player that has handled over 1B USD in token sales;
- It provides mechanisms to ensure a fair sale environment, such as:
a. Battle-tested anti-bot mechanisms
b. Setting a max wallet buy to help spread the token to a larger number of people
c. Terms of service clearly forbidding the use of:
- Attempts to circumvent or disable any content filtering techniques or security measures that Fjord Foundry employs on the site, or attempts to access any service or area of the site that a person/entity is not authorized to access.
- The use of any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by Fjord to access the site to extract data.
In close communication with the Fjord team, we set up the sale parameters to use Fjord’s anti-bot protections, to set a max buy of US$10,000 per wallet, and to exclude sanctioned and certain other countries from participation.
System attacks during the Fjord Foundry sale
The sale was set to take place at 17:00 UTC. Three minutes before the official sale began (16:57 pm UTC), the Fjord application frontend started showing the message "Page not found."
Hundreds of Telegram messages began to come to our core community team, from users who were waiting to participate in the sale, asking what was happening and indicating that they were unable to participate in the sale.
Nevertheless, the smart contract saw countless USDC transfers coming in. In only 40 seconds, nearly 2,500,000 USDC were sent to the smart contract.
It appears that the following attacks occurred:
a.DDoS attack
Server monitoring logs and Cloudflare reports show a suspicious spike in requests. Further investigation revealed that over 7.5 billion simultaneous requests were made to bring down the Foundry sale pages.
b. Circumventing max buy restrictions
On-chain events showed that one user was able to accumulate 500k worth of BID tokens during the sale.

Further analysis is ongoing.
Next steps
As a result of the failure of the sale due to these activities, CreatorBid has decided to take the following steps:
1. Non-recognition of the Token
We will no longer recognize nor accept any token associated with the smart contract address 0xae2486890646fa0BF4a3E83aDFE5A0fA4Ad167834 ("Defunct Tokens") and such Defunct Tokens should be considered worthless ERC20 tokens.
We will not support the Defunct Tokens in any way in the future. In particular, anyone creating a token pool or trading in any token pool using these Defunct Tokens risks losing all of their funds.
2. Refund process
We intend to refund, in full, the funds received during the sale to those who are legitimate sale participants. We will use our internal records of the sale to determine which wallets are legitimate and which are suspicious.
To ensure, as far as possible, that monies are not returned to malicious actors, including sanctioned persons or regions, we will be undertaking an internal review of each claimant’s wallet to ensure that its owners were not engaged in prohibited activity and we will require full AML/KYC to be undertaken by any refund claimant. We have partnered with a trusted KYC provider, @Fractal_ID, to securely handle the AML/KYC process.
Refund instructions:
- Participants must submit the required AML KYC documentation within 14 days.
- After this period, refund claims will no longer be accepted and any monies not claimed will be forfeited to us.
Please note that even if AML/KYC is provided but there is evidence that the relevant wallet engaged in prohibited activity, we will be taking advice from the authorities and others to determine whether a refund is due. We are coordinating closely with Fjord Foundry to ensure a seamless refund process.
3. Investigation
The relevant authorities have been informed of our data and information to date. We have already begun to identify certain bots, accumulators, and snipers who attempted to take advantage of the sale and we are working closely with said authorities to examine what can be done to take legal action against the perpetrators.
4. Future launch plans
The team is evaluating the next steps on a new launch of an ecosystem token. Stay tuned for more information.
We sincerely apologize for this incident and the inconvenience it has caused. Thank you for your trust and patience. Your support is crucial in making web3 a fair and secure space for everyone. We are committed to ensuring that the CreatorBid community receives the fair and transparent launch it deserves.

@VentureCoinist Luke, whats your thoughts on XRP?
Feels for me very bullish, looks like he is waiting for his own momentum
English

Majors have been the biggest movers so far, which is normally the case first to when Bitcoin jumps.
I'm swinging $ADA aiming for neckline resistance. Invalidated below 1040 sats.
*nearly the same trade as December swing which worked very well: twitter.com/VentureCoinist…

Luke Martin@VentureCoinist
$ADA trade reaching tp zone. Love smashing two swings to start the year 👌🏻 Fading here for the exact same reason/idea as $ETH trade in this thread. Daily support/resistance flip.
