Knowledge is Power!

To kick off #BlackHistoryMonth in BCC, we had different black sorority members come speak about their experiences. That was definitely an amazing experience, especially since we were able to enjoy @FishTacoMD amazing tacos and burritos, while watching.

It was so wonderful seeing our 7th and 8th graders from Silver Creek Middle School again for our mentoring program. We today spoke about Microaggressions, and as a result many interesting conversations developed. Can’t wait too see them again next month!
