Valk can instantly rotate your entire team for free across the map , gives you wallhacks (aka free beacon scan.) Oblivion literally Valk-ulted from Echo HQ off a crazy zone pull, spotted a free building, and won the game on mainly due to strength of her perks and ult alone. Did they ever stop to ask why she's been dominant? Because she's overtuned. That's it. That's the whole answer. So why is the solution to make other characters stronger? Just fix the ones that are already broken. Tune down the dominant legends instead of inflating everyone else to match. That's not a controversial take, it's common sense. And why does every underutilized character need a full rework and a mountain of buffs? Identify what's holding them back and address that specifically. The answer to bad balance isn't more power creep.
