Amber Criner, 32, is charged with fourth-degree child abuse, which carries a penalty of up to one year in jail. The children are 8 and 5 years old, with the younger child appearing to bear the brunt of the abuse in the video. CPS is also involved, working to determine what’s best for the kids. She was given a $50,000 bond with 10% required, meaning she would need $5,000 to be released.
