Delighted to meet campaigners from @MummysStar and support the Save Our Bond campaign 🩷 Around two people every day in the UK are diagnosed with cancer during or soon after pregnancy. No mother should spend her maternity leave in treatment instead of bonding with her baby.

@MummysStar The charity has grown steadily supporting over 2,000 families and educating and training over 10,000 students and healthcare professionals and that is a collective achievement by a team, trustees, supporters but most importantly the families we support. Thank You ☺️

Establishing @MummysStar in 2013 stemmed from the worst kind of heartbreak imaginable, losing Mair with two children who were just 10 weeks and 3 at the time.  I wanted other families who found themselves in this awful situation to be seen, heard, and looked after 2/3
