High-quality, efficient, and responsive care for all 👌 #RwandaWorks 💪🏽 kudos to @nsanzimanasabin and @RwandaHealth
Ministry of Health | Rwanda@RwandaHealth

Minister @nsanzimanasabin and Minister @MusoniPaula hosted @BillGates at Rwanda’s National Health Intelligence Center (NHIC) to showcase how centralized, real-time data is transforming healthcare delivery across the country. Since its launch, NHIC has unified national health data to shift public policy from reactive to proactive—delivering concrete impact across the entire care continuum by: ⏱️ Reducing patient wait times at health facilities; 🚑 Streamlining emergency dispatch and ambulance response times; 🛡️ Elevating disease surveillance and containment; 🎯 Optimizing targeted resource allocation. Looking ahead, partnership with the @GatesFoundation will enable NHIC to scale its operations—expanding capabilities toward predictive health intelligence to anticipate outbreaks, issue intelligent early-warning alerts, and prevent health threats before they escalate. By leveraging modern technologies and consolidating national health data, Rwanda continues to strengthen its ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and responsive care for all.

.@aysesila1975 is right. @PaulKagame has only constantly waged war in the #DRC during 30 years. Like @realDonaldTrump he deserves the @FIFAcom Peace Prize😉.

We need to create a new award worthy of achievements such as those accomplished by President #Kagame, including stopping a genocide. The Nobel Peace Prize has somewhat lost its value because it has, on more than one occasion, been awarded to people who did not truly merit it... @MariaCorinaYA

@Humanrights256 No, we do not hve Banauganda in Rwanda, but we do have Banyarwanda in Uganda bcz some Rwandan territory was once included in Uganda (Bufumbira..). It was inhabited by Banyarwanda who became Ugandan, and the Banyarwanda subsequently became one of Uganda’s recognized ethnic groups.

In Helsinki, Finland, Over 350 Rwandans, friends of Rwanda, partners and Embassy of Rwanda to the Nordics gathered for #Kwibuka32 to remember the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda and renew our commitment to humanity, truth, and unity. The commemoration began with the Walk to Remember through Helsinki, followed by the laying of wreaths at the Genocide Memorial provided by the City of Vantaa in Tikkurila, honoring the lives lost and standing together against genocide denial and hatred. Bishop Jean Claude, Bishop Sylvesters, and the choir from Metrokappelé shared messages of comfort, nurturing love, faith, and solidarity during moments of remembrance and healing. In his remarks, @IbukaFinland President Michel Nshimiyimana reflected on the resilience of survivors and the responsibility to preserve truth and memory. The testimony of Victoire Nyinawumuntu Tuhkanen reminded us that remembrance carries both pain and courage, and that healing continues through community and humanity. Remarks from the Gakondo Community emphasized the importance of confronting genocide denial and preserving historical truth, reminding the audience that the persecution targeting Congolese Kinyarwanda speakers in the DRC reflects the continued danger of genocide ideology that the international community should never ignore. The poetry and songs performed by Rwandan children brought messages of hope, remembrance, and renewal for future generations, demonstrating that they are memory keepers and future defenders against genocide ideology. @RwandaFinland President James Gakumba commended the unity of the Rwandan Community in Finland, @IbukaFinland and other key sub-communities for their spirit of working together in organizing and supporting initiatives of remembrance and solidarity.
