M3W3; Weekly Recap: -5% Went through all my charts and saw exactly where I went wrong. I ignored the main bias that was right in front of me and focused too much on intraday. That’s on me, not the market. Also overtraded. Took too many setups back to back, which isn’t how I normally operate. Got too comfortable with the intraday model. This is how small lapses turn into real damage. Transparency matters, so I’ll always call it as it is. Lesson taken: • Respect higher timeframe bias • Reduce unnecessary trades • No revenge trading • Stick to my rules Reset the mindset, not the system. 🀄️
