@JoJoFromJerz You do, but it also deters US producers to buy from tariffed countries, encouraging them to buy from companies in other countries and thus it’s an effective threat against countries that have industries with heavy trade with the US where there is competition from other markets.

My father passed away a little over two months ago, and now my uncle is fighting for his life in a German hospital. Man the ending of this year is a rough one. I hope he pulls through, everything in me is screaming for him to survive! I hope the universe heeds my call.
