Hey @MultiCareHealth why is it that for days I’ve been trying to get an appointment with Neurology on a emergency referral and yet I’m on hold for hours on end with it just hanging up over and over again , promised call backs for appointments that never happen and even your own patient advocacy team (Sarah) doesn’t follow through with Callbacks/ Scheduling etc. It is so disappointing that for 7 months I’ve been trying to be seen by someone and when I land in the hospital ER and they do a emergency referral because my condition has tremendously gotten worse, I STILL CANT GET IN LET ALONE REACH SOMEONE. At this point I’ll probably be dead before I’m seen. Do better. This isn’t it.

@MultiCareHealth spent 30 minutes looking for the neurology department which had recently moved. (MyChart sent me to the old blding.) When I finally found it, they rescheduled me. This was after driving 1.5 hours and arriving early. My son now has to wait 3 mths to see his dr.
