Fair point, you're right on the liabilities. I double counted the $58.6M already includes digital assets, so I shouldn't have added BTC separately on top. Net liquid position is closer to $35M CAD. The stronger argument is the discount to book value: $0.31 trading vs $0.48 book. Still significantly undervalued, but you're correct on the NAV math. Appreciate the correction.

@MumbleValue The NAV isn't true, you aren't subtracting liabilities. They have 35M of cash/btc (less liablities). And with the datacenter, PPA and land they should be close to 60 cents a share. The value of the company is still insane based on where they are trading. They will be found soon.

@MumbleValue @chinoalemano In the power (money) HSs ar first then OpenAi (ble) and Anthropic (yes!), wrt to business match it's opposite. NBIS has no cards till massive cash flows and profitability, 3y from now minimum, but cooperation? too far away for now.

I was wondering what would happen to FinX if $IREN signs a colocation deal with $NBIS.

On point 1: not saying it would hurt the stock, but in the $IREN vs $NBIS debate on FinTwit, $IREN would take a massive L. Going from "next big AI Cloud player" to "we rent space to our direct competitor" is hard to spin positively, regardless of the financials. But your latest point is fair, thanks for the input, genuinely interesting perspective. And I agree, a real deal would only happen if both companies moved well beyond their current models 🤞

@MumbleValue @chinoalemano People are mixing up the AI factory and build out of AI Factory following Nvidia DSX Blueprint and Mirantis k0rdent using open source with purpose built full stack. I can imagine NBIS (not colo) deal only when both companies would fo beyond their models.

I see where you're coming from, but my thinking was different. In this hypothetical, $IREN would need to collocate with $NBIS because they failed to build out their own software layer, despite the Mirantis acquisition, and on top of that couldn't land a major hyperscaler customer on their own. Of course this is all hypothetical and you can find arguments for both sides 🤞💆‍♂️
