Someone is thinking this way. You see when it's raining , many poor pedestrians after being dropped by matatus, many are forced to walk in the rain with no proper shelter. It’s uncomfortable, unfair, and honestly unnecessary in this day and age. He's suggesting to Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) to consider constructing modern, well-designed bus shelters along Thika Road or many others, to protect passengers from rain and harsh weather. Infrastructure is not just about roads — it’s also about the people using them. Will Kenyans make use of them or it'll be a Case like footbridges

@magwaz3 Not entirely, Governments sometimes do this to discourage more private vehicles on the roads which puts less stress on the roads Singapore has a similar policy but obviously in our case they're only doing it to raise money

Reminder: In the 1980s, Kenya discovered oil in Chalbi Desert, Marsabit County and leased the fields to Amoco (now BP). The project led to dumping of carcinogenic waste, laden with heavy metals in Kargi and is now the main cause of soaring cancer cases in Northern Kenya.

@raiyashu2004 @FabrizioRomano What it does say is that a tackle/challenge that endangers the safety of an opponent/uses excessive force must be sanctioned as serious foul play. A metal boot to the face after the save was already made, fits that definition whether Musso meant it or not intent is irrelevant.

@raiyashu2004 @FabrizioRomano The Dani Olmo incident doesn't cancel or invalidate Musso's — both can be wrong simultaneously. And since we're talking rules: IFAB's Law 12 makes zero mention of involuntary reflex action as a defence.
