How should a beginner should use AI ?

How do real developer use AI without becoming too dependent on it ? Every like of code is written my myself but the planning is done through AI, as AI had given step by step plan and I just execute that plan.. however I am complete beginners..

I built a javascript project mostly by following AI step by step. I understood some part, but I still feel like the AI did most of the planning and thinking, Does this still count as learning, or am I just becoming a good following instructions?

Today I built my first project using html, CSS and js. 1. Daily expenses tracker project This project teach me a lot compared to a course, as during this project i tackle lots of problems i googled it and solve it, I learn concept like dom, event listener etc.

@AquibShaik94912 Ya that's true... Instead of social media i take a nap or i go for a short walk without phone.. you can try..

Taking breaks during study hours and using social media actually drains more energy. Instead of feeling refreshed, I end up more exhausted and it makes it harder to get back to studying.
