The Australian Wool Innovation team were out at Muresk this week for the Notice Wool Harvesting course. Students are learning new skills over the 5 day course including handling sheep, using different equipment and maintaining health and wellbeing throughout shearing jobs.

Local artist Nic Compton created a suite of artworks for our new training facilities. The works reflect Muresk's role as a skills hub for modern agriculture. The pieces bring a new dimension to the external social place and an area where students and staff can sit and reflect.

In 1926, Muresk students built a 224 metre suspension bridge from Muresk, over the river, to the train line that ran between Northam and York. Today the bridge is heritage listed, and although not in use anymore it serves as a constant reminder of Muresk's long standing history.

Transferring the last of our Muresk crop from the field bin to transport. Our farm grain storage for livestock feed is full to capacity! Harvest over for another year, thanks to the Muresk staff and contractors for a job well done! 🌾
