I have stood against ethnic-based politics when espoused by some leaders in Mt Kenya. In equal measure, I strongly stand against the Hassan Omar type of ethnic baiting that seeks to isolate the people of Mt Kenya. The Tutam movement, to which we remain fully committed, is a national movement that does not legitimize the spewing of ethnic hatred, however couched. As a nation, we have been there before and we said never again! That approach may excite crowds, but it is short-sighted, undemocratic, and can ultimately only be severely injurious to the nation. He owes our nation an apology.

So this man realized Ruto was incompetent after he was kicked out of office? Spare us your hypocrisy! Ati 4 girls, even lying requires some intelligence, does he really expect anyone to believe that? You incited those you call your people and you took off while all the burning, looting and vandalism happened in their areas! What does burning of vehicles, super markets and trucks have to do with the global increase in the price of fuel? Hope you are happy now, well done!!
NTV Kenya@ntvkenya

Gachagua: Murkomen, leave Uhuru Kenyatta alone. Let Ruto carry his cross. He has mismanaged the country. When the country is burning, he left on an overseas trip on a private jet. People have a problem with Ruto because he is incompetent.

A Plot to Profile the People of Mt. Kenya Has Been Hatched As we speak, some UDA MPs are now being lined up to hold press conferences castigating their own people. The script is becoming clearer by the day. Ruto, Murkomen and Sudi must come out clearly on the death of Wanjiku, “the tattoo lady.” The people of my region are generally tolerant when it comes to politics, which is why many people find the attack on Wanjiku suspicious and politically convenient. Just like the car that was torched in Githurai yesterday, many questions remain unanswered. Did you hear the driver speaking with what sounded like a Nigerian accent, claiming the car was burnt because demonstrators found a UDA scarf inside? That immediately introduced a political motive into the story. Now another incident has emerged: a truck belonging to MP Biego, a UDA MP, was reportedly torched during the protests in Naivasha, with claims that it was targeted because of his perceived political and regional association. Conveniently, every incident now seems tailored to push one narrative: that the attacks are politically and ethnically targeted. Kenyans are not blind. Many are beginning to ask whether some of these incidents are spontaneous or carefully curated to justify a bigger political script. Did you also hear the owner of the Githurai car say the insurance company would not compensate her because the vehicle was not insured against demonstrations? Another cue for Ruto to donate a new car and appear for a photo session. Many people believe there is a deliberate attempt to portray the people of Mt. Kenya as violent, yet that is not who they are. Others also fear this could be part of a broader political scheme against RiggyG, aimed at thwarting his return from the UK. The people of Mt. Kenya will not be intimidated, profiled, or politically provoked into fear.

Kenyans should understand that increase in fuel price is because of the global oil crisis around the Strait of Hormuz, not the making of our beloved goveenment. We are lucky that we don't have a fuel shortage crisis. Elsewhere, the situation is worse. A country with available fuel at a higher price is better than one with cheaper official prices but no fuel at the pumps.

This is such a painful and unnecessary death. A young Gospel artist has been silenced while carrying nothing but her music, her faith, and her personal political beliefs. Rachel Wandeto Muthoni, did not deserve the hate, the pressure, and the hostility that surrounded her simply because she publicly supported President William Ruto. Today we mourn not just an artist, but a daughter, a friend, a believer, and a human being whose only “crime” was expressing her political choice openly. She even tattooed the name of the leader she believed in on her body as a personal expression of loyalty and love for her convictions. Kenya must never become a place where artists are punished, isolated, or targeted because they think differently politically. The politics of intimidation, cancelation, and tribal hostility are destroying lives and creating dangerous divisions among our people. May Rachel Wandeto rest in peace. May her family find comfort. And may we all learn to disagree without hatred. Dear Tribal Warlord, please be measured in your public utterances.

After watching Jimi Wanjigi closely, I no longer believe the man is anti-Ruto. He hides behind the emotional slogan of “stopping debt payments” while avoiding the economic consequences that would follow, which would be massive. On fuel price hikes, he has defended the government. On reducing fuel taxes, he said no, as well as defending the government. His excuse? “Taxes pay the debt.” But the reduction would not be permanent. Every serious economy on earth carries debt, but some have reduced taxes. I might be wrong. But if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then maybe the Safina Party was activated to split opposition votes. Something about Jimi is no longer adding up.

Niliquit 9-5 ilikuwa inanilipa 150k/month. Imenitake two years for my company kunilipa 67k/month na nafanya kazi from 7AM to 11PM every day, na sometimes unapata uko na employees wanakupea the hardest time ever, na kuwafuta kazi ni even more expensive. Every month uko na bills za kulipa in the millions, end month kila mtu ako happy isipokuwa wewe juu uko na another 30 days kuraise another million. Na imagine all this trouble ndiyo net salary yako ikuwe 50k Sometimes doh haitoshi unasema wacha ulipe the employees alafu KRA utawatumia yao by 9th, unajaribu kupata loan bank inakataa juu hauna shamba ya security, inafika 15th unapata weird calls, unashika unapata ni KRA, unawaambia utawalipa next Friday, wanakuambia Friday haiwezekani, labda Thursday. Inabidi uongee with one of your clients akulipe mapema, anakusomea akikuambia biz haifanywi hivo but anaitikia eventually. Next week inafika unalipa KRA, SHA,NSSF, Housing Levy. Unahave some peace kidogo only to realize that next week ni end month na this time uko na deficit kubwa kushinda last month, and the cycle continues. Kama uko 9-5 na uko sawa, I can’t advise you to quit. Heri ujaribu entrepreneurship in parallel but usiquit job yako. It feels good when you tell people that you quit your job to pursue your dream but you also need to understand that your dream will take time before it starts paying the bills, and it might also die before you eat a shilling from it.

Kuna Life 9-5 will never give you hata uchape kazi miaka ngapi. Utakua unaonea Social Media na kwa TV ukisema watu wanaosha pesa huku nje but in real sense watu wanajituma. Be ambitious enough to also live a life that hata ukifika 40 na udedi atleast you lived a life.

I strongly condemn the violent attack on gospel artist Rachel Wandeto for merely expressing her political preference. This is unacceptable in Kenya, a country that has repeatedly said “never again” to political violence. The continued and dangerous trend of violence, especially towards women who dare to hold alternative views, is unacceptable. Such conduct must be condemned by all, particularly those whose supporters may have carried out this vile act, unless it was done with their tacit support or blessing. On this issue, there can be no partisanship. I call on law enforcement to swiftly investigate, bring the culprits to book, and ensure justice is served. Pole sana Rachel. 🙏🏾 #JusticeForRachelWandeto #StopPoliticalViolence @NPSOfficial_KE @DCI_Kenya

Rachael Muthoni's acid attack is the last time someone will be attacked for their political views. Having tattoos of William Ruto or any other person is no justification for such monsense. We have been ordered to beat up and boyvott Mt Kenya artists not supporting our cult leader. We have been asked to heckle and physically assault politicians not supporting our Shakahola kingpin. Enough is Emough. Mt Kenya shall be free. Violence begets violence. I will stand up for my people. I will lead from the front
