@projectcassiel @dotmusic Everything is operational. What domain are you having problems with? You should be able to change nameservers in the dashboard. Support should not be taking that long.

So is the @mus @dotmusic domain service dead? Name servers are locked and unusable, no response to support tickets for three weeks, no X posts since early October. Does look like they've pulled the shutters down and scarpered.
