This ignoramus — May Allah Deal with him — has been on quite a streak of Nifaq and ignorance as of late. The embarrassing thing, he himself posted this clip, as if it’s a gotcha moment and victory. Even Kafir-La-Logic knows someone who commits Shirk cannot be a Muslim. The doer of Shirk cannot be a Muslim. He’s labeled a Mushrik the instance he commits Shirk. The conditions and preventatives of Takfir are with respect to the Hukm (Punishment) of Takfir, not the label. This is basics. Shaykh Al Islam رحمه الله تعالى said:
فَاسْمُ الْمُشْرِكِ ثَبَتَ قَبْلَ الرِّسَالَةِ؛ فَإِنَّهُ يُشْرِكُ بِرَبِّهِ وَيَعْدِلُ بِهِ وَيَجْعَلُ مَعَهُ آلِهَةً أُخْرَى، وَيَجْعَلُ لَهُ أَنْدَادًا قَبْلَ الرَّسُولِ، وَيَثْبُتُ أَنَّ هَذِهِ الْأَسْمَاءَ مُقَدَّمٌ عَلَيْهَا، وَكَذَلِكَ اسْمُ الْجَهْلِ وَالْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، يُقَالُ: جَاهِلِيَّةٌ وَجَاهِلًا قَبْلَ مَجِيءِ الرَّسُول، وَأَمَّا التَّعْذِيبُ
The label ‘mushrik’ (one who commits shirk) is established prior to the sending of the Messenger. For he associates partners with his Lord, sets up equals to Him, and places other gods alongside Him — he takes rivals (andād) unto Him even before the Messenger came — and it is established that these labels precede [the arrival of the Messenger]. Likewise the label of ignorance (jahl) and Jāhiliyyah: one is called ‘Jāhiliyyah’ and ‘ignorant’ even before the Messenger’s coming. As for punishment (taʿdhīb), however, [that is not established before the Messenger comes].
