Exciting news! Our talented MHS Woods 2 students will have their work showcased and auctioned at the QC Home Show at Bend XPO in East Moline, IL this weekend! Come support these young craftsmen and bid on some amazing pieces!

Congratulations to MHS junior bowler Zina Stoltzfus on being named 1st team all-district and 2nd team all-state in Class 3A by IGCA and IHSBCA. Zina bowls at the 3A individual state tournament in Waterloo on Thursday morning.

It's a battle for the top of the MAC as our Boys' Basketball team hosts Bettendorf in what promises to be an electric atmosphere! Plus, our Girls' Basketball team travels to Bettendorf (JV1 4:30/Varsity 6:00 PM) and Bowling competes at Central DeWitt (JV/Varsity 4:00 PM).

Muscatine High School junior Zina Stoltzfus qualified for the Class 3A state bowling tournament Monday with a 629 series in the state qualifier at Ottumwa. Stoltzfus finished second in the field with games of 210, 256 and 163. The state tournament is Feb. 12 in Waterloo.

Drake Minder, a 2024 graduate of MHS, recently completed his IT Registered Apprenticeship at KENT Worldwide (2,000 hours). A ceremony was held Thursday afternoon to recognize Drake, now a sophomore at Iowa State majoring in computer science. youtu.be/Fwd9AwnWVUM

This week, the MHS Safety Team chose Melanie F as our Stand Out Student as she demonstrates Muskie Pride. She is respectful, hard working, and demonstrates alot of responsibility at school, home and in the community in her job. Great job, Melanie!
