We have arrived at the Jardin de Luxembourg in Paris and the stage is set for concert number 2. It is a lovely setting within site of the Eiffel Tower and a lot of people are out and we are attracting interest. Weather is beautiful as well.

41 students on board plus instruments and cases. We are good to go and on our way for a fab weekend and the first Springwood Music Tour in a decade. Au revoir, watch this feed for photos and updates when we can.

The stage is set for our 3rd annual Community Music Festival.We kick off with our Rock and Pop night tonight at 6.30pm then, we follow that with: Tues: Orchestras, Brass Bands and Concert Bands, 6.30pm Weds: Small Ensembles and Jazz Groups, 6.30pm Thurs:A Choral Celebration, 6pm

There students from Springwood were awarded places on this prestigious programme. Congratulations to them on making up nearly 10% of the choir!

COMING THIS SEPTEMBER Norfolk Music will be running Instrumental Ensembles for instrumentalists of all levels (from beginner to Grade 6+) at Springwood. More details can be found at the below web page but why not give it a go?

We are pleased to be able to share with you the details of our second 'Community Music Week' that will be taking place at Springwood from Monday 3rd to Thursday 6th July 2023 ADMISSION IS FREE Bring a blanket or a chair and enjoy some wonderful music, completely free of charge
