dont draw on a bright white canvas dont draw with bright black lines dont touch the gradient tool dont shade with dodge and burn dont shade with multiply dont highlight with white dont use the same value for any of your flat colours

Please, if you are a beginner artist, never ever listen to people telling you what or how you should draw. Do your own path, experiment and learn by yourself, watch others drawing, observe and try. Your mind is creative, don’t put it inside others people bias “cage”

@Rogue_FCB More ideas: - the closer to pov the thicker - outline of silhouette is thicker than inside lines - thicker lines around joints or creases

@MusketsGoBoom Line weight is one of the hardest things to master imo. I got a tip though. Depending on where the light hits, the lines will dim and where there’s darkness, the lines will be thicker. Experience and a lot of yt tutorials

- Draw fast - Flip your canvas every so often - Set your bg to gray before coloring - If you want a proper bg, sketch it early - Line weight is important - Draw traditionally sometimes -Most importantly, shade the fucking face like a 3d object you cheap fucks
