Don Conte can't stay at one club for three seasons. He's too demanding. He will come in and start buying old men without resale value in the name of experience. Then, when they don't perform, he will demand more signings when those he bought are difficult to move out. ADL really tried for him because he went out of his normal character of buying players he could sell for 5x, yet Conte isn't satisfied. For me, hire Conte if you are desperate for a short-term fix. If you are looking to build a sustainable long-term structure, run away from Conte.

@dino_dragon22 @Blue_Footy I meant the dynasty that reached UCL final and won leagues after him. He chose most of the players on that team and he put the character, mentality and structure in place.

Maybe I didn't word it right but the media always brings clubs into the England line ups and whenever their players didn't make it they start propaganda. Also, historically players carried that with them while playing for the national team. Finally, I just think the manager wants less headaches and players he is actually gonna use instead of bringing players with similar strengths
