@AltawkilatKsa My appointment was for 8:30am, but we arrived early and was checked in. It's 9:00am and other cars have been taken to the repair area while we sit outside and wait. Where's the customer service here for Women???

@AltawkilatKsa Since we live far away from the business, it's more practical for us to wait for the car to be serviced. We went to sit in the lobby of the dealership, but was stopped by the security guard. Why? Why aren't female customers being accommodated at this business?

@AltawkilatKsa So, we (granddaughter and I) are here for a scheduled service maintenance, windshield wiper replacement and a windshield replacement quote. We're sitting outside in the car because the waiting area is not designed to segregate men and women comfortably.
