I undertand they signed contracts, and that's unfortubate.
It's sort of wild to accept a flat rate as opposed to some sort of percentage gain, especially on a movie.

@Mvrcxs_ @TheXFilmXLord No one in the film industry works an 8 hour day. 12 hour day standard, often longer. She was paid a little over $21/hr after OT considerations are included. Even less if you also consider she wasn't reimbursed for mileage.

@Mvrcxs_ @TheXFilmXLord if they had that job consistently then yeah, complaining is crazy. But work comes inconsistently, it’s not like the crew gets any recognition so you’re not getting any fame. Plus LA is expensive asf to live in. It’s not that crazy to complain given everything.
