@WinterSportsLaw So are a medical redshirt and regular redshirt still “viable” for a current student athlete…with end result a 6 year “clock?”

Confirmation the NCAA’s new age based eligibility rules won’t give athletes who exhausted eligibility in 2025-26 a 5th season of competition. Current college athletes with eligibility remaining can choose to utilize old rules or new rules. Waivers must be in by July 31, 2026.

Learn faster than everyone else, & don’t waste a single rep. This league rewards consistency time & time again, not potential. To set yourself apart…Be dependable in a world full of talent. Your attitude, your preparation, your response to adversity…that’s your resume now. Make it IMPOSSIBLE for them to cut you. Make them feel your presence every single day….There are NO more excuses.
