I share about 100 yards of drive way with my ~70yr old neighbors. For some reason he’s obsessed with knocking down the center grass in the middle of the tire ruts and covering it with gravel. He talks about it all the time, probably 30% of all conversations I have with him are about this. He’s asking if I want to pitch in for more gravel, etc. When I put my parents in a guest house behind the barn, my dad started talking about it too. He got some roundup and sprayed his section of road. Am I missing something here? I see no problem with it. It looks fine. It occupies 0% of my mind. I’m prepared to spend 0 dollars to remedy this “problem” What is happening?

@MaxChard2 @CliffBruntAP In the 80’s & 90’s the LNC was doing 115 to 120 db during the regular season. 😆 LNC record is around 125 db. I remember those days and the physical pain it would cause. Around 10 or 12 years ago the Phog was just under/over 130 db. Can’t recall.🤔 College is different.

I hear Thunder fans feel some type of way about the mere suggestion that another fanbase could come into OKC and be louder than Thunder fans. I’m going to leave this here and let the crazies from my home state, Nebraska, and my current state, Oklahoma, debate.

@CliffBruntAP And I love the Thunder, was just at a game a couple weeks ago. It might be as rowdy and raucous as it gets in the NBA, but it ain’t college hoops.

@CliffBruntAP Nah, nothing to see here. College fans have always been better than pro. That plays out in any sport. Pro sports are corporatized (impersonal) + the cost to attend + fan demographic creates an age gap. Been to sporting events all over the US. I would have expected nothing less.

The reality is there's mass amounts of cheating in our elections. Just because there's an engineered lack of data, does not mean there isn't data to the contrary. The new CBS/YouGov poll shows that 80% of Americans support Voter ID including 80% of black Americans & 77% of Hispanic Americans. Yet why is it that Congress seems so intractable to wanting to pass a such a popular policy?

For the ones who don’t know, this is Cleveland Oklahoma. The guy who was driving the truck went into the gas station and the pin on the trailer gate had fell out hints the bull being out. They were in the middle of a town with nothing but a group full of kind hearted teenagers trying to help the guy out. They did indeed get the bull back in the trailer. But not before the Brahma mix bull gave them a run for their money. Would you help the guy, knowing you could get steam rolled by the bull ?
