@MyBobs left DM, no response. Typical. Couch hurt my son the other day we are just going to throw it away. But first making a video of all the people who have sent me details of their shitty couches too. You guys were the best in Rhode Island. WTF?

I want to discuss the absolute trash product that now comes from @MyBobs when we bought couches in RI they were great. Now the couch we bought and replaced because it died in weeks died in weeks again but we just said “Fuck it.” Not worth the fight with this subpar product.

via @mybobs I just had an incredible experience with a new recliner. It started with Erika in the Hyannis MA store, who was superbly helpful in guiding me to the right selection. Bob’s was my first stop, but after that, I discontinued further searching. Went back one more time to be certain and place the order, and thank Erika. 3 days later, after a smooth delivery, I’m watching the Winter Olympics from a zero gravity perspective, and very happy. Thanks, Erika deserves a promotion.

@MyBobs Bunch of frauds. We sent them complain about a light bulb gone bad in their furniture. Asked us a dozen times to send pictures which we did. Repair guys comes in after 1 month and sends a report that bulb is damaged and leaves. The repair person acts like a nasa engineer
