I’ve found this to be so interesting! We need more studies on the benefits of Dads having more opportunities to take parental leave. In my book I speak to a Dad who took shared parental leave 3 times & the positive impact it had on both him and his wife!

Great book from founder of @MyBumpPay - full of practical, honest advice about a subject pretty close to my heart. Also love ditching the term ‘balance’ and replacing it with ‘the blend’ - feels far more accurate in my experience!
