If I go for masters at 24 then my life resets at 26(all these 4-5 years feel like 0)

I’m 22 , soon to be 23 Life feels like slipping away doing nothing Placed my self in a good company not as big as Google,Microsoft but a company near to 1T market cap but I feel like stuck doing nothing Don’t know whether to aim for masters or to aim for another company
