Blue Monday - it's widely said that today is the most depressing day of the year but actually it stems from a holiday company, Sky Travel, who claimed in 2005 to have calculated it using an equation, when actually all they wanted to do was sell more holidays.

@emmalybish I can certainly empathise on the trouser front, my belts have all taken a step down a notch... But tis the season and all that!
