One of the great things about the 90s comic book scene was the wave of great books inspired by the Image Explosion! One of those books was Aster from Entity Comics. Co-created by our own Graveyard Shift Sourcebook artist @OliverIsabedra, Aster is everything I love about comics. Bold art, bold colors, fun stories! I'd love to see Oliver bring this title back. He's currently killing it on The Man With No Strings from @ZaidComics!

Hey gang...I'm very saddened to hear of Sam Kieth's passing. I thought I'd share this piece of his original art that he gave me years ago--a rejected cover for THE HULK that we both thought was a million times better than the one Marvel eventually approved.

Sam Kieth,my old friend since 16 and comic art genius has passed away. He was instrumental in bringing me to DC and changing the course of my career. He also introduced me to my wife ( a cute little blond he described her as)and changed the course of my life God rest his soul.
